Living Wirelessly: Smartphone-to-Device Connectivity
This CTA research explores consumer smartphone connectivity (i.e., connecting to other devices via Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, cellular network or satellite) with a goal of better understanding how U.S. adults use their smartphones’ connectivity to interact with the world and go about their daily lives (e.g., in the home, in the car or at work).
Specific objectives include:
Understand consumers’ daily use of smartphone connectivity
Understand the devices consumers connect to their smartphones
Explore how, when and why consumers use their smartphones to connect to other devices
Discover expectations and uncover the importance/benefits of smartphone connectivity
Uncover challenges/barriers to smartphone connectivity
