This report looks to understand the attitudes, habits and perceptions of technologies for seniors. Consumers 65+ were surveyed along with a population of adult caregivers who actively make housing, medical, and technology decisions for a senior parent or relative. Specific objectives include:

  • Measure ownership of existing technology among seniors
  • Gauge awareness and attitudes around products and services for seniors in the areas of Safety and Smart Living, Health and Remote Care and Wellness and Fitness
  • Understand the drivers and challenges of tech adoption among seniors and the role caregivers can play as advocates
  • Identify factors that build consumer trust in technology products for seniors
