Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality: Consumer Sentiments 2018
This report was designed to track consumer sentiments toward augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) and compare 2017 findings to 2018. Specific objectives include:
Gauge consumer awareness of AR/VR including features and use cases in entertainment, shopping, social media and education/training
Understand consumer perceptions of AR/VR including benefits and limitations
Understand general consumer interest in using AR and VR technologies
Quantify consumer purchase intent of VR headsets and VR content
