  • Understand what actions consumers have taken to protect their data
  • Gauge overall level of concern regarding data privacy
  • Assess the level of trust in various types of companies around handling personal information
  • Understand the types of information Canadians are comfortable sharing and with whom
  • Assess Canadians’ perceptions of companies who may misuse data or have data breaches
  • Gauge interest levels in various incentives to information sharing
