The purpose of this study is to understand how U.S. adults are being impacted by the coronavirus pandemic and explore what the consumer impact of COVID-19 might look like as businesses and industries begin to reopen. Specifically, this research is intended to:
Understand consumer attitudes and behaviors in response to the evolving crisis.
Identify what a "new normal" looks like according to consumers.
Measure the level of consumer impact across industry sectors and verticals.
Determine the future use/interaction across consumer-related activities and timelines for (re)engagement.
