CTA conducted this research to explore U.S. adults’ (ages 18-plus) current usage of broadcast antenna, awareness and familiarity of NEXTGEN TV, sources of awareness for NEXTGEN TV, whether consumers would pay more for a TV that was mandated to include NEXTGEN TV, and perceptions when it comes to government mandates overall.
