This standard defines procedures for determining Audio/Video (A/V) product energy performance. This standard covers the configuration of multiple operational modes. Products covered by this standard include, but are not limited to, the following: Home-Theater-in-a-Box Systems, Soundbars, MP3 speaker docks, Shelf systems, Blu-ray Disc players, DVD players, and Smart speakers (speakers with embedded voice-activated digital assistants).
