Coronavirus Member Impact Study: April

This research reflects the impacts and responses to the COVID-19 outbreak through the end of April. The objective of this research is to understand the current and potential impact and response to disruptions from coronavirus. Specifically, this research aims to:

• Understand how members are monitoring the evolving crisis.
• Determine the level of business impacts and identify what industry sectors and functions are affected.
• Learn how members are responding to the situation (i.e., reshaping supply chains, managing workforce and incorporating remote technologies).
• Measure the duration of perceived impact on business operations.
