Emerging Technology in Canada: 2019 Consumer Sentiment (Part 1 of 2)

The primary goal of this research is to better understand the opinion among Canadians regarding 5G technology, drones, ride sharing, electric scooters, self-driving vehicles, and smart cities. Specifically, this study examines:

• Gauging public awareness of the six emerging technologies
• Determining when Canadians believe the technologies will impact society
• Understanding levels of excitement and concern regarding the emerging technologies
