The purpose of this study is to better understand consumer habits and attitudes in China, Japan, Singapore, and South Korea related to applications and devices powered by AI (principally digital voice assistants). Specific objectives included:
Understand ownership and use of intelligent devices including smart speakers, smart home products and other AI devices/applications
Identify factors driving engagement with intelligent devices and applications
Understand how and where intelligent devices are being used
Explore attitudes around intelligent devices and technology overall
