This bulletin makes recommendations related to the capabilities of ATSC 3.0 Television Sets as they relate to the handling of Advanced Emergency Information in ATSC 3.0 signals.

Advanced Emergency Information includes banner text, filtering criteria and Non-Real-Time (NRT) text, image, and video content.

Advanced Emergency Information can be presented by either a Broadcaster Application or a Native AEA Receiver Application.
